Health, Safety and Environment has the highest priority in our work, and we aim to deliver technology and solutions in a safe and sustainable way.
One of the biggest challenge for the companies to achieve a world-class QHSE culture is managing change in their organization. Etimaad’s QHSE management committee is given the mandate of enhancing our overall integrated QHSE approach and setting strategic direction for the Company.
We strive to continually improve QHSE Management System through an annual review process, based on comments received from the design, procurement, construction, operations, and maintenance personnel within Etimaad and from its customers, suppliers and subcontractors.

It is Etimaad’s policy to:
- Develop and integrate management system framework by incorporating QHSE standards in every process related to our business.
- Assign responsibility and accountability at all levels.
- Understand and comply with applicable legal, regulatory & statutory standards and other requirements.
- Committed to apply systematic and measurable approach to continually improve upon QHSE culture, performance and management systems through consultation and participation of all team members and interested parties to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement structured training programs, monitor its effectiveness to retrain staff and seek opportunities for competence enhancement of all interested parties.
- Establish critical QHSE parameters and objectives to monitor QHSE performance of our system and improve through consistent feedback, analysis and benchmarking against most recognized industrial norms to stand out in the market as a leader.
- Take lead in controlling and mitigating potential risks associated with people, land, air, ecology, assets and provide safe working conditions to prevent work related injures/health issues.
- Committed to prevention of injury, ill health, no harm to environment and continual improvement of HSE management system and HSE performance.
- Continuously strive for zero defects preferably through proactive measures and focus on risk based thinking as all accidents are preventable.
- Communicate this policy to all team members, interested parties and encourage them to participate in QHSE performance improvement initiatives and reward individuals’/ teams’ performance consistently.
